Profile :
Education :
1. Master's degree or equivalent academic background in the field of law, business administration, international development or another relevant field
Experience :
2. 5-10 years of experience in the humanitarian and/or international development sectors, ideally with direct experience with both programmatic and compliance functions
3. Proven experience with ethics, compliance, prevention of sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment
4. Proven experience in management and/or conduction of investigations into noncompliance and ethics issues
Competencies:
5. Strong strategic and analytical thinking
6. Demonstrable understanding of risk management methodology and practice in an international humanitarian and development environment
7. Knowledge of Swiss/US, EU Government and United Nations agencies grants and contracts ethical requirements, sanctions and counterterrorism and anti-money laundering laws is a plus
8. Certifications such as Certified Risk and Compliance Manager Professional (CRCMP), Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE) and/or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) are a plus
9. Excellent interpersonal skills, desire and ability to work collaboratively, mind-set of partnership
10. Highest standards of ethics and integrity, commitment of confidentiality and independence Sensitivity of cultural, political, and religious environments
11. Excellent written and oral communication in French and English, any other language is an added value (German, Arabic)
12. Commitment to Tdh's organisational and socio-cultural values
13. Willingness to travel
Salary :
Salary: The gross monthly salary is between CHF 7,300 and CHF 8,300 *13.36 depending on experience. 5 weeks paid holiday. 2 days teleworking per week for a 100% salary. Flexibility
