Audi's entry into the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026 marks a new era in motorsport history. With two state-of-the-art locations in Neuburg (Germany) and Hinwil (Switzerland), our team is poised for greatness.
The Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on developing the chassis and leading race operations. As part of AUDI AG, we are merging two teams into a single factory operation – and you have the chance to be a part of it.

Your Mission
* Establish and maintain IT infrastructure for the Operations Room in Hinwil and occasionally at the race track, ensuring seamless support during global racing events.
* Provide expert assistance to users in resolving application and system issues within the OPS room and at the race track.
* Maintain diverse IT infrastructure systems.
* Collaborate actively in designing the future system landscape, shaping the technology that drives our success.
Your Profile
* Completed apprenticeship as a computer scientist or equivalent technical education with further training in computer science.
* Proven expertise in client/server environments, including Microsoft ecosystem, Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, VMWare, and Lenovo.
* Strong knowledge of network areas, especially Extreme and Cisco solutions.
* Willingsness to travel occasionally for work-related purposes.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
* Native-level proficiency in both German and English languages is mandatory.
