Job Summary
You will support the strategic marketing team in aligning communication and touchpoint concepts with the company's Marketing strategy and overarching brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop creative concepts that perform well in research and contribute to key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Support the creation and execution of Brand Communication Concepts across various touchpoints.
* Shape On- & Offline touchpoint Communication Strategies and collaborate with agencies.
* Closely work with global marketing teams to manage platforms and ensure alignment across teams.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or comparable qualification.
* Initial professional experience in communication or marketing, ideally through internships, student jobs, or entry-level positions.
* A confident and engaging personality with a high level of enthusiasm. Self-driven, structured, and analytical with a proactive approach.
* Fluent in English; German is an asset.
About the Bosch PreMaster Program
The program is a two-stage initiative for committed Bachelor graduates who wish to pursue a Master's degree. The first phase involves 12-18 months of practical experience to familiarize students with technical and business contexts. The second phase includes a part-time Master's program with additional events, seminars, and personal support.
