Role: Stock Keeper Reports to: Store Manager
Job Mission Provide effective support to the sales team by ensuring an adequate replenishment of products on the sales floor, always keeping excellent customer service in mind.
Ensure the security of products and valuable items in the stockroom.
Role & Responsibilities Product Management Ensure all stockroom guidelines are strictly followed.
Collaborate with the Store Manager and, if applicable, the Operations Manager, to optimize stockroom management.
Assist the Store Manager and Team Manager with after-sales and repair activities.
Keep the stockroom organized and arrange products according to stockroom procedures.
Register goods in the IT system.
Ensure all shipping documents are accurately completed, both manually and in the IT system.
Prepare goods for shipments to customers, other stores, or corporate offices.
Handle end-of-season returns and product transfers.
Collaborate with couriers to ensure timely deliveries.
Inventory Management Conduct regular stockroom checks as required and promptly update the Store Manager and/or Operations Manager on stock-related information.
Prepare rotating, annual, or semi-annual inventories.
Constantly ensure all necessary security measures for valuable goods, materials, and furniture are in place.
Verify product integrity and report relevant issues to the Store Manager (as per company damage procedures).
Apply anti-theft tags and price labels to products, placing them on the sales floor when needed.
Execute omnichannel tasks as required, following the company's standards.
Safety & Maintenance Maintain the stockroom to ensure machinery, furniture, and tools are in proper working order.
Execute stock management procedures with excellence.
Be flexible, proactive, and autonomous.
Exhibit analytical skills for solving inventory-related issues and understanding systems (e.g., SAP).
Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork.
