Chaberton Professionals, division of Chaberton Partners, is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for an international Communication Agency.
Position
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven CMO, accustomed to working in international environments. A senior professional who has already proven to be a key player in a digital service as app, marketplace, service provider.
You will be responsible for developing and coordinating the entire digital marketing strategy, in a strongly and profoundly inclusive environment.
You will plan and organize global marketing functions and operations (branding, events, communications,
etc.)
You will determine actions regarding PR, events, performance, SEO, creativity, visual communication and supervise the relevant team collaborators.
Key Responsibilities:
* Determined and capable of creating an effective marketing plan to promote our digital platform and increase visits;
* Set marketing goals and objectives;
* Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy;
* Review and manage content marketing strategy;
* Define content, marketing and lead generation campaigns;
* Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.);
* Define and keep the marketing BUDGET in check;
* Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy;
* Use data and regularly produce reports to make evidence-based decisions;
* Analyze company’s marketing strategy and suggestion improvements;
* Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals;
* Determine KPIs for marketing department;
* Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports;
* Collaborate with sales, development department and customer success team;
* Be updated on news regarding digital platforms.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of international experience in all-round marketing, with a focus on business expansion, in positions of increasing responsibility up to the leadership role;
* MA in Marketing, Management or similar relevant field;
* Main experience carried out for a Digital platform in international Digital Company;
* Professional experience in marketing strategies, web advertising and e-commerce processes;
* Professional knowledge of the most important digital marketing platforms and digital Channels;
* Deep understanding of changing markets dynamics;
* In-depth knowledge of big data analysis;
* Hands on experience with CRM and SEO tools like: Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Alexa, HubSpot, Webtrends, Salesforce, etc;
* Knowledge of the Italian, Spanish markets and related users (German and UK will be a plus);
* Excellent communication skills in ITALIAN and ENGLISH (written and verbal)
* Spanish and/or German will be a plus.
