General Description:
This position is responsible for leading the implementation of Go-to-Market initiatives in the New Markets territories. This involves evaluating and implementing Target Operating Models, assessing scenarios to make fit-for-purpose decisions, and developing a cross-functional implementation plan.
The implementation plan will include activities and timelines, coordination with all stakeholders, risk management strategies, go-live decisions, and managing the transition phase. The role will require partnering with stakeholders across functions: the Country Managers, the New Markets regional functions, and BeiGene global functions such as Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Quality, PV, Regulatory, and Supply supporting the New Markets expansion.
The candidate will lead the selection and future engagement of Business Partners with BeiGene’s product-related commercial services (e.g., registration, distribution, marketing) across New Markets for the whole Life Cycle of Contracting with 3rd parties, namely Business Case, Initial Partner Evaluation, Request for Proposal (RFP), Decision on preferred vendor, Due Diligence, Agreement Contracting, Agreement Monitoring, Agreement Update/Renewal or Termination.
Essential Functions of the job:
1. Drive the project management processes: project planning, progress control, status reporting, risk and dependency management, change management.
2. Identify gaps, potential bottlenecks, delays, and risks. Challenge assumptions and propose options to close gaps and get projects back on schedule.
3. Guide and manage preparation for project achievement reviews.
4. Facilitate appropriate and relevant flow of information among stakeholders.
5. Facilitate and document key project meetings and decisions.
6. Ensure project documentation is complete.
7. Support the Head of Go-to-Market Strategy and other assigned senior leaders in the New Markets in any strategic and operational initiatives; where appropriate, serving as the lead for those initiatives.

Education Required:
Bachelor Degree required, or Master level preferred - preferable in an economic direction and within the healthcare sector. Project Management Certifications - such as PMP and/or PRINCE.
Experience:
7-10 years of related experience in cross-functional Project Management covering multiple countries and cultures. You have a proven track record delivering complex projects, advanced knowledge of project management methodology, tools, and practices. You demonstrated the ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships to engage resources outside of direct control, meet deadlines, and achieve goals and objectives. You have good problem-solving ability, breaking down complex problems into distinct parts. You like to work in a team and be able to work collaboratively with and through others. You have a solid understanding of supply chain flows and source to contract process. You are familiar with ERP SAP, MS Office, and Project Tracking Tools like Smartsheet. You are fluent in English; German or Spanish is a plus.
