Key Responsibilities:
* Enterprise Account Support: Partner with the Global Account Director to expand and solidify use cases, identify new opportunities, and strengthen relationships within major enterprise accounts.
* Business Development: Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and break into new ones, leveraging knowledge of AI applications in manufacturing and insurance.
* Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals, navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
* Strategic Partnerships: Assist in developing key industry partnerships that enhance our go-to-market approach in manufacturing and insurance.
* Quota-Carrying Sales: Take ownership of your own deals, hitting targets while collaborating on larger, strategic accounts.
What We’re Looking For:
* Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
* Sales-driven and target-oriented: you thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
* 1-3 years of experience: in enterprise software sales, account management, or business development in a SaaS environment.
* Strong relationship-building skills: ability to engage senior decision-makers.
* Strong consultative sales approach: able to diagnose client pain points and map AI solutions to business needs. (bonus: experience with MEDDIC, Challenger Sales or similar).
* Proficient use of MS office as well as CRM (Salesforce) and outreach (Salesloft) systems is part of your overall toolkit.
* Strong interest in technologies and digital trends as well as a basic understanding of AI and its possible applications in large companies.
* Enjoy working in fast-paced, tech-startup environments and thrive when things do not stay the same for long.
* Very strong written and spoken English: (C2)
* Native or near-native German proficiency.
