Position: Elevate your impact as an experienced operational risk and internal control banking specialist This position could also be interesting for those with regulatory compliance experience as well as a strong understanding of Swiss banking regulations (relevant FINMA Circulars etc) and the management of critical data. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to: Assess and enhance the control structure, identifying key controls Develop and implement a Test of Control (ToC) framework Execute ToCs and ensure continuous improvement Provide reports and strategic recommendations to senior management Your Profile: Degree in Finance or Economics Expertise in Swiss private banking regulatory frameworks and experience in control testing methodologies, compliance assessments, and process improvement Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills (2nd line of defense) Good knowledge of relevant FINMA circulars etc A hands-on, dynamic, roll-up-sleeves sort of person used to working within a dynamic, busy environment of medium-size Ability to work independently and drive impactful change Fluent in English; German is a plus but not a must Available to work full-time (no home office) Eligible or already in possession of a Swiss passport or Swiss work permit and happy to be based in the Geneva region Why apply?
