For our client in Aarau, we are looking for a Senior System Engineer to join their team.
Responsibilities
Take the lead in developing and managing strategies, standards, processes, and engineering solutions in the Client/Cloud Workplace domain, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and future growth.
Lead and provide expert guidance for technology-driven projects, pilot initiatives, and proof-of-concept (POC) studies, helping to evaluate and implement new technologies.
Collaborate closely with teams across the organisation to ensure the implementation of reliable, efficient, and cost-effective solutions, utilising modern and proven technologies in the workplace environment while meeting both technical and business requirements.
Work alongside stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver innovative IT infrastructure solutions tailored to the business.
Requirements
A relevant degree or qualifications in ICT or a related field, with a strong foundation in IT infrastructure.
In-depth knowledge and a strong interest in Cloud and Workplace Services, with the ability to assess and implement solutions in this rapidly evolving field.
Extensive experience as an architect, consultant, or engineer, ideally with experience in IT infrastructure and business application architecture, and an understanding of both the technical and strategic aspects of systems.
Specialist expertise in Client/Cloud Workplace technologies, with a proven track record in designing and managing systems and networks that optimise workplace performance.
Fluency in German, with advanced knowledge of French and English being beneficial for effective communication in a multilingual environment.
