We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VIP IT Support Expert to join our organization. This role is dedicated to providing top-tier technical support to our C-level leaders and board members.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional technical support to C-level executives and board members, ensuring seamless operation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud services, Microsoft infrastructure, Office 365, Azure, and ITC.
3. Collaborate with other IT professionals to enhance system performance, reliability, and security.
4. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements:
1. Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on cloud services, Microsoft infrastructure, Office 365, Azure, and ITC.
3. Proven experience in providing technical support to senior executives, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
5. The ability to work full-time in our office environment is required.
