We are expanding and are looking for the following to strengthen our customer teams as soon as possible in Wetzikon a Configuration Manager (m/w/d)
MISSIONS :
1. Managing the product structure breakdown according to business standard based on the inputs from design organisation and coordinating as necessary with the production organisation
2. Defining the Upper and Configuration Level parts of the Product Structure, including restrictions, options and variants of designs and full-scale test articles (helicopter prototypes).
3. Product Change Management. Responsibilities covers changes to applicable design of series aircraft and changes of released data to full-scale test articles.
4. Managing product configuration and change reports
5. Check and approve the CM scope of Installaiton Assembly drawings (CM rules assurance for Drawings)
6. Use existing reports and contribute to development of reports, together with the team
7. Administrate and perform all activities required for the creation, release and decommissioning of Stantard Parts and Commercial Off-the-Shelf components
Standard Parts & COTS tasks:
8. Creates and manages requests for new Standard Parts and COTS in corresponding project in confluence (Kanban board management)
9. Request for creation of Standard Parts and COTS to central department from Leonardo Helicopters division (LHD)
10. Management of documentation required for approving the creation of Standard Parts and COTS
11. Management of activities required for ensuring the manual synchronization of data between Teamcenter and SAP databased from the customer and LHD
Requirements
DESIRED PROFILE :
12. 2 years of experience in the relevant areas of responsibilities of this function.
13. Experienced in the relevant area of responsibilities (Configuration Management, Change Management, Product Structure Management)
14. Experienced in using PDM, or PLM tools
15. Education ( degrees/certificates): BSc or higher in relevant area
16. Knowledge in EASA Part 21 J & G config. req. and S1000D / ISO 10007 / ISO 9001 / ISO 9100, Siemens ,Teamcenter, NX,
17. Administration of product technical documentation
18. Communication skills
19. International environment work capability
20. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
