As Business Development & Key Account Manager (m/f/d) you are an essential part of our sales team and contribute to sales team and contribute to increasing our turnover and market influence. Your Responsibilities
* Close and personal support for existing customers (key account management)
* Establishing new customer relationships (especially in our rapidly growing “Life Science” sector) through active acquisition and shaping the sales strategy (business development)
* Conducting sales talks and presenting our products / services
* Advising customers on the best solutions for their needs
* Offer management and contract negotiations
* Internal sales activities such as preparing quotations or order processing
* Participation in sales meetings and coordination with other departments
* Reporting on sales activities and results
* Organization, collaboration and participation in trade fairs, sales days, etc.
* Market observation and competition analysis
* Support in the development of sales campaigns
* Versatile support for the sales team as required
Your Profile
* Completed commercial or technical training / studies, ideally with a focus on sales
* Initial experience in sales, preferably in the plastics industry
* High motivation and enthusiasm for sales
* Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness
* Enthusiasm for building customer relationships
* Flexibility and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to develop personally and professionally in sales
* Trustworthiness, reliability and commitment to customers

* Willingness to travel
* Fluent language skills: German, English. French an advantage
* Knowledge of CRM systems an advantage
