On a daily basis, you will
1. Partner with Teams and Squads to define their transformation roadmap listing their Continuous improvement activities and projects(prioritized by business values)
2. Support execution of the roadmap by managing projects and improving squads’ operational framework (process, organization, and tools)
3. Monitor operational frameworks to enforce their execution as per their design and continuously improve them
4. Establish a standardized approach to project execution and provide training to relevant squads and teams
5. Support project qualification and submission as well as monitor and provide full and accurate visibility of project status to the management team
In order to fulfill the above mission, the BAPM is actively supporting and/or completing the following activities:Business Analysis & Project Management (BAPM)
6. Lead and coordinate projects with cross-functional teams, using our standardized approach
7. Review, improve, and map Squad’s processes (RACI, Playbooks)
8. Review, improve, and define SonarSource guidelines, policies, and FAQs
9. Support Squad's tools implementation, testing & training
10. Define hypercare activities
11. Monitor hypercare activities
Business Partnership
12. Kick-off relationship with Squad
13. Define Squad’s roadmap and support its execution
Monitoring
14. Define Squads' processes monitoring
15. Handover and support Squads' processes monitoring
PMO
16. Qualify & prepare project submission
17. Submit Key projects for review & approval
18. Report & consolidate on Key projects portfolio
19. Key project closing
20. Define, document, and roll out BAPM standards
The skills you will demonstrate
21. 8+ years experience in internal processes review and strim for a fast-growing business
22. Experience working within international, cross-functional, agile, and complex projects
23. Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills
24. Experience in working in consulting services is a plus
25. Masters qualitative methods.
26. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. French is a plus
27. Service/UX Design experience and exposure to high-growth business is a plus
28. Hands-on team player and strong relator
