Experience the thrill of hospitality without leaving your home base. As a Head of Administration, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our operations, including quality and accounting standards, financial management, and guest services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administration and Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations, instructions, and tasks from Shoreside Hotel Operations and the Hotel Manager.
* Financial Management: Manage Ship's Clearance, Ship's Cashbook, guests and crew accounting, reception, Crew List, and Ship's Certificates.
* Crew Supervision: Oversee supervision of service, passenger embarkation, disembarkation, and medical disembarks. Provide support and motivation to the crew in the department.
* Special Functions: Plan, organize, and delegate special functions in the department, as well as vacation schedules with the Hotel Manager.
* Guest Services: Deal with passenger queries regarding accounting matters and perform end-of-cruise reports and analysis.
