Let’s Talk about the Role
Napapijri is looking for a Paid Media & SEO Coordinator with a strong analytical mindset and a hands-on Paid Media background to join our DTC team based in Stabio, Switzerland.
The candidate will be responsible for digital campaigns planning, optimization and analysis across various digital platforms and Organic Traffic optimization, helping to drive growth and efficiencies across all digital touchpoints.
How You Will Make a Difference
1. Reporting to the Digital Media & SEO Manager, the candidate will execute the paid media strategy, managing PPC, Paid Social and Affiliates.
2. Manage day-to-day operational needs for paid media campaigns together with our partner agency with a hands-on operational approach.
3. Manage the media budget and ensure spend optimization.
4. Reporting on campaign activity to provide actionable, data-driven insights, to ensure accurate spend and monitor/improve campaign performance across all the relevant KPIs.
5. Track and analyse on SEM and SEO activity to identify trends and insights across search campaigns to discover areas for campaign growth or improvement and increase cross-channel efficiency.
6. Constant collaboration and alignment with the eCommerce team to align on commercial targets to be reached through media optimization.
7. Work closely with the eCommerce team on Conversion Rate Optimization strategies and key product strategies.
8. Support Brands marketing team for full funnel campaign activations.
9. Enhance and nurture the Affiliate network.
10. Understand and analyse KPIs by channel and country.
Skills for Success
11. The successful candidate has analytical and strategic skills, enjoys multitasking and is focused on final objective and results. Someone entrepreneurial with a customer centric mindset.
12. A previous experience in retail and Fashion is highly recommended, ideally with an agency and /or Ecommerce background.
13. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of International experience in managing digital marketing campaigns.
14. Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
15. Hands-on professional knowledge of all main Digital Marketing platforms (Google Ads, Business Manager, DV360, Affiliation)
16. Proficient with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
17. Able of managing agencies and of interacting with multiple stakeholders.
18. Results-oriented, with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
19. Experience of working in a fast-moving environment with competing deadlines and priorities is essential.
20. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and proven experience of working with digital channels.
21. Ability to create and present effective and accurate reports and presentations.
