Student Development Programs Coordinator

Responsibilities:
* Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for student ambassadors.
* Oversee ambassador-led projects and initiatives.
* Mentor, train, and evaluate ambassadors to ensure effective leadership and student representation.
* Organize and manage VIP visits and Open Days in collaboration with ambassadors.
* Plan and execute the summer program, ensuring engaging and high-quality experiences for participants.
* Coordinate with faculty, industry partners, and other stakeholders to develop impactful summer programs.
* Oversee logistics, student engagement, and administrative tasks related to the programs.
* Recruit and manage student volunteers to support program operations.
* Coordinate with other teams to ensure a seamless student intake process.
* Support student onboarding and orientation programs.
* Ensure smooth integration of new students into the campus community.
* Organize welcome events and integration activities.
* Develop, promote, and manage student sports activities and initiatives on both Glion and Bulle campuses.
* Liaise with external sports facilities and trainers.
* Encourage student participation and engagement in sports-related and wellness events.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to the Sports Committee President.
* Manage the Student Development Services email inbox, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
* Support the Student Government Association (SGA) activities and initiatives on the Glion campus.
* Supervise the Marketing & Student Development Services intern, providing guidance and development opportunities.
* Contribute to enrichment initiatives that align with the institution's student experience strategy.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in education, Hospitality, or a related field.
* Prior experience in student development, event management, or a similar role.
* Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience working with student groups, leadership programs, extra-curricular activities and engaging in sports activities is a plus.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
* Passion for student engagement and development.
* Flexibility to work evenings or weekends for special events as needed.
* Fluent in both English and French.
