Your mission and contribution
To reinforce the team, they are looking for a HR Business Partner.
Working closely with top management, you will have overall responsibility for managing all People programs and operations.
This role involves both operational and strategic HR responsibilities:
* Partner with leaders to define and implement HR strategies that align with business goals, culture, and growth.
* Lead recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and talent pipelining across functions and locations. Oversee executive search and agency partnerships.
* Drive talent management programs, succession planning, and leadership development. Implement career progression and performance management systems.
* Serve as the main HR point of contact for employees, offering guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
* Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, development, and offboarding processes.
* Manage and execute the L&D strategy, ensuring continuous employee development aligned with organizational needs.
* Oversee HR operations, including payroll, labor law compliance, and HR systems, ensuring regulatory alignment and operational efficiency.
* Contribute to a variety of HR projects, such as implementing HR tools, organizing well-being initiatives, coordinating events, and more.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR functions, with a focus on HR business partnering, talent acquisition, and talent management, ideally within financial services or investment management.
* Experience in financial services highly appreciated.
* Proven strategic thinking and ability to align HR initiatives with long-term business goals.
* Strong background in Talent Acquisition & Management, Leadership and Development, Performance management, workforce planning, and Employee Relations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; native-level fluency in English and fluency in French.
* Strong analytical and project management skills.
