Your tasks: Develop and customize Service Now applications and modules according to company requirements Design and architect Service Now solutions while following best practices Advise and support customers and internal teams in implementing and optimizing Service Now processes Conduct requirements analysis and create technical specifications in collaboration with business units Integrate Service Now with other IT systems and automate business processes Optimize workflows, integration, automation, and monitoring within the Service Now platform Create technical documentation, train users, and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team Ensure system stability, perform error analysis, and continuously optimize the Service Now platform Your profile: Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification Experience in at least one of the following areas: Service Now Development, Architecture, Consulting, or Engineering Solid knowledge of Service Now technologies such as Flow Designer, Scripting (Java Script), Integration Hub, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or Sec Ops Profound experience with data model adaptions in Service Now Experience with Service Now architecture and design, as well as implementing best practices Knowledge of connecting Service Now to third-party systems via APIs and interfaces (REST, SOAP) Expertise in microservices architectures and data modeling Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a structured work approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills, combined with a customer-oriented mindset Very good knowledge of English is essential, knowledge of German or French is an advantage Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification Experience in at least one of the following areas: Service Now Development, Architecture, Consulting, or Engineering Solid knowledge of Service Now technologies such as Flow Designer, Scripting (Java Script), Integration Hub, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or Sec Ops Profound experience with data model adaptions in Service Now Experience with Service Now architecture and design, as well as implementing best practices Knowledge of connecting Service Now to third-party systems via APIs and interfaces (REST, SOAP) Expertise in microservices architectures and data modeling
