Now we are looking for YOU – a driven, entrepreneurial and customer-focused sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and shaping the future together with us. Your Responsibilities:
Make use of all reference projects, knowledge and sales pipeline and build up the territory in a truly entrepreneurial manner.
Drive sales growth and initiatives in your own territory (Romandie, France & Luxembourg). From lead generation to deal closing. Selling hardware, software, and services through strategic negotiations.
Ensure smooth installation handovers and customer training.
Manage and expand existing customer relationships through upselling & cross-selling.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize processes, marketing outreach, product and service offerings.
Boost local marketing efforts and support content creation (case studies, photo & video shootings, testimonials).
Maintain accurate reporting (e.g. CRM & ERP Records).
Your Profile:
You have relevant sales experience with a strong track record, preferably in a B2B environment.
You speak Native-level French and business-fluent English.
You excel in dynamic environments, embrace challenges, and are motivated by the potential for significant returns based on performance.
You are ready to travel, actively engaging with clients and seizing opportunities across Romandie, France and Luxembourg.
Residing in the Zurich area, you are frequently present at our office in Schlieren, actively collaborating with colleagues and driving sales development.
