Job description
Main responsibilities will include:
Training Needs Analysis:
* Assess and analyze training needs across the APAC region to identify skill gaps and align with organizational goals
* Collaborate with senior leaders, managers, and stakeholders to prioritize training objectives
Training Program Development and Delivery:
* Design and deliver innovative, engaging, and impactful training programs, including product knowledge, customer service excellence, and leadership development
* Tailor programs to address cultural and regional differences while maintaining brand consistency
* Utilize a blend of training methodologies, including in-person workshops, e-learning, and virtual sessions
Leadership and Team Management:
* Lead, mentor, and coach a team of trainers across the APAC region to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training initiatives
Monitoring and Evaluation:
* Develop and implement tools to measure training effectiveness, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Analyze feedback and performance data to continuously refine training programs
Research and Trend Analysis:
* Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in learning and development, particularly in retail and luxury industries
* Incorporate cutting-edge strategies to enhance the training experience and ensure competitiveness
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Ensure training aligns with company objectives and market needs
* Communicate with and manage different Stakeholders in the markets to drive business performance
