VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Retail Support and Infrastructure Manager (RSIM) to join our Retail PSS Solutions team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

As Retail Support and Infrastructure Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the efficient support operation and robust infrastructure of retail locations. This means leading a team of support analysts, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing the technical infrastructure and support processes.
* Lead the technical support services for retail stores, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient issue resolution.
* Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of network infrastructure in retail locations.
* Lead a team of support analysts located in Stabio, Switzerland and the UK.
* Manage technology projects and the cost base of retail infrastructure and support services.
* Work with vendors and internal security teams to implement and maintain security protocols and understand service performance and capabilities.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and a keen eye for detail. Your ability to manage technical support, infrastructure, and vendor relationships while driving data-driven improvements will be key to ensuring the optimal performance of VF International’s retail operations.
* Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging professional growth and development.
* Minimize downtime and drive efficient issue resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management. Optimize support processes to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
* Define the infrastructure vision and roadmap, and oversee the installation, maintenance, security, and upgrading of retail infrastructure.
* Manage service providers to optimize delivery.
* Produce insight into support and infrastructure performance, using data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Manage budgets and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
* Have an interest in defining the Retail Infrastructure Roadmap, working with others to enhance product and service performance of retail products in stores.
