The latter in cooperation with suppliers of software dedicated to our services.
A key client of KS-TF AG, which is a global and fast-growing financial services provider with over 100 offices worldwide with more than 13,000 employees, is searching for a Software Business Analyst to join their team, focusing on delivering exceptional results for high-profile projects led by reputable organisations. KS-TF AG will remain engaged in managing the project.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support BA organizing workshops with key stakeholders to analyse and gather new business requirements;
2. Support BA with the elicitation of complex business requirements, on green field software projects;
3. Understand while working with the business stakeholders and operations team, to develop and execute appropriate testing plans to ensure user acceptance, good data quality, system integrity and functionality;
4. Support BA adhering to the required prioritization of user stories (business requirements) within the agile sprint development;
5. Maintain requirements and project documentation up to date in an organized manner;
6. Upload and update business requirements in Confluence;
7. Maintain project information and related Confluence pages;
8. Provide a smooth handover of developed processes to the operations team and support the monitoring of user adoption through reports and dashboards.
We expect from a suitable candidate:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field;
2. Trade finance experience with knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable, minimum 2 years;
3. Experience as a Business Analyst, in working systems and processes, minimum 3 years;
4. Experience testing systems and writing bug reports;
5. Profound knowledge of onboarding B2B clients;
6. Fast understanding and excellent communication skills;
7. Good knowledge in stakeholder management, setting up and running workshops to understand, gather and elaborate solid business requirements;
8. Great analytical skills;
9. Diligent, well organized and with attention to details;
10. Enjoy working in a dynamic team and a very fast paced, challenging environment;
11. Self-driven and motivated to produce outstanding results;
12. Knowledge of the banking / financial services industry and experience as an operator in a trade financing field is a plus;
13. Excellent English is required and other languages are a plus;
14. Capable of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced situations;
15. Excellent analytical skills, sense of prioritization and ability to learn fast;
16. Very good knowledge of MS Office;
17. European Passport.
