This is a full-time on-site role for a Grill Master at ITAKI Restaurant located in Feusisberg. The Grill Master will be responsible for preparing and cooking various grilled dishes, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the grill station, and ensuring quality and presentation of grilled items. They will collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate orders and timings for grilled items.
Qualifications
Experience in grilling and cooking techniques
Knowledge of different cuts of meat and seafood
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Attention to detail and cleanliness
Team player with good communication skills
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
