We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Advocate to handle client intake and close the deal by converting leads into retained clients. This role is perfect for someone with strong sales skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for helping people navigate their legal options.
Responsibilities
* Conduct initial consultations with potential clients, assessing their legal needs.
* Clearly explain the firm’s services, pricing, and case process to help clients make informed decisions.
* Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to ensure timely engagement.
* Address client concerns and overcome objections to secure retainers.
* Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure a smooth transition into case management.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and conversions in the firm’s CRM system.
Qualifications
* Experience in sales, intake, or client relations, preferably in a legal or service-based industry.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
* Fluency in [English and Spanish] is required.
* Proficiency in CRM and case management software.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
