Treasury Analyst
Swisslinx is seeking a skilled Treasury Analyst to support key projects within our organization. This temporary role will be mostly remote and based in Switzerland.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with the implementation of two key projects: Treasury Cash Pool in Europe and company name change project. Responsibilities include facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders, handling administrative tasks, tracking project progress, and ensuring smooth transition of banking processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead communication with banks for bank account updates during name change transition
* Track liquidity across all entities and bank accounts in EMEA region
* Maintain and update E-Banking profiles
* Assist with issuing bank guarantees and managing related documentation
* Ensure seamless payments and collections during transition
* Coordinate re-issuance of bank guarantees and retrieval of existing ones
* Monitor project timelines and regularly update key stakeholders
* Ensure accurate paperwork and compliance with SOX requirements
* Act as bridge between IT, HR, and Treasury for smooth project execution
* Provide support for other Treasury-related tasks as needed
Requirements
* Relevant cash management experience in EMEA
* Knowledge of Cash Pooling and SAP (preliminary/intermediate level preferred)
* Familiarity with cash/banking portals
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Some project management skills are a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
* 1-3 years of experience in Treasury
