About the Role
The Executive Director, EMEA Planning will lead the supply phase of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, fostering collaboration among finance, sales, portfolio, and supply chain teams to meet business objectives. This role requires providing strategic, financialized insights to inform decisions on supply chain risks, portfolio opportunities, and overall business performance. The successful candidate will define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production adherence, service levels, inventory, and costs, while aligning global processes and data structures.

Requirements
* Extensive Supply Chain Experience: Proven track record in leading end-to-end supply chain planning, particularly in production and material planning.
* Lean Six Sigma Certification: Green or Black Belt certification demonstrating expertise in process improvement.
* Collaborative Leadership: Strong ability to partner with various stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to drive results.
* Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial analysis and the ability to integrate financial insights into supply chain decisions.
* Technology Proficiency: Strong knowledge of supply chain systems, ERP (SAP), and data management to support global alignment and optimization.
