Responsibilities
1. Schedule, set, and conduct appointments with potential clients.
2. Educate clients on financial literacy and available insurance products.
3. Develop and maintain relationships through networking and referrals.
4. Close sales by helping clients find the best insurance solutions for their needs.
5. Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs for professional development.
Qualifications
1. Ability to dedicate a minimum of 3-5 hours per week.
2. Open to learning and professional growth in the insurance industry.
3. Able to pass a state licensing exam (pre-licensing training provided).
4. Able to pass a background check.
5. Basic computer skills for virtual client interactions and training.
6. Strong willingness to improve sociability and communication skills.
7. Experience using accounting or sales-related software is beneficial.
8. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required; customer service experience is a plus.
9. Candidates must have some computer experience, including the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office programs.
10. Ability to learn and understand state and federal regulations that affect insurance sales, insurance clients, and the insurance industry as a whole.
Compensation
$36,000 - $75,000+ at plan commission
