Job Overview
TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
* Act as the strategic HR advisor to the Swiss Leadership team and partner with plant leadership teams to deliver the overall HR Experience.
* Strategically execute all HR initiatives, ensure consistent implementation and feedback to project owners.
* Ensure regular review of all country policies, processes and employee compensation & benefits to keep them aligned with internal and external trends and business needs.
* Ensure the execution of the communications strategy for the site in Switzerland.
* Foster a climate of positive and productive employee relations.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement and implement tools and metrics to support execution and monitoring.
Your Background
* Bachelor's degree or above is mandatory.
* Relevant years of experience in HR generalist experience within a manufacturing organization with specific Swiss labor law experience (HR-Fachfrau/HR-Fachmann certificate is a must - or equivalent).
* Experience working in and influencing in a cross-functional global environment.
* Experience managing ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies.
* Fluent in English and French.
