For an international company we are looking for an experienced Senior HR Specialist.
Overseeing payroll processing for all employees.
Managing social insurance matters (AVS, AI, IPG, LPP, IF control, salary certificates, maternity / military leave, AF, sick leave, and injury).
Preparing annual accounts for AVS, tax at source, and insurance administration and reporting.
Handling private health coverage for non-EU foreign branches.
Managing work permits and visa requests in collaboration with external consultants.
Drafting employment contracts and work certificates.
Supervising internship programs and related processes.
Implementing labor law changes and ensuring compliance.
Managing personnel in EU and non-EU branches, ensuring legal and tax compliance.
Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee separation processes..
Requirements :
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in Switzerland, preferably in a medium or large company.
Full autonomy in payroll management.
Fluent in English and Italian (other languages are a plus).
Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and international employment regulations.
HR Assistant certification required; HR Specialist certification is a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Autonomous in managing personnel-related accounting.
Experience in an international environment managing personnel across multiple countries (EU and non-EU).
