About the Role
We are looking for a talented Commercial Specialist to join our team of 1,700 people worldwide. As a Commercial Specialist, you will be responsible for contributing to the growth of package sales by analyzing performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance our commercial proposition and drive revenue growth.
Your Impact
* You will analyze performance data by destination and product to inform decisions on actions to be taken and drive conversations with your line manager and Packages Director.
* You will monitor and analyze marketing channels performance to better understand customer behavior and optimize the offering.
* You will gather, analyze, and interpret sales and market information to provide meaningful feedback on competitors' landscape and make recommendations for the packages strategy.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A BA/MA degree in relevant fields such as business, marketing, or tourism.
* 2-3 years of experience in the travel industry or digital companies.
* Strong Excel knowledge and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of Google Analytics.
* Ability to work with presentation tools.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in French and knowledge of Spanish are a plus.
