On behalf of one of our clients, we are seeking to recruit a:
Responsibilities: Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of contracts with all relevant internal (e.g., marketing and digital marketing, enrolment, academic, operations, IT, procurement) and external parties.
Provide legal advice on ad hoc basis and general support on legal related matters to mitigate legal risks.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.
Support and implement measures related to the group data protection & anticorruption programs.
Serve as primary contact point for staff for initiating contract reviews.
Prepare diverse legal documentation (e.g., cancellation letters, addendum, settlement agreement, terms and conditions and other customer facing materials).
Provide legal support on internal policies and procedures and other documentation for all entities.
Participate in special projects and audits.
Provide general support to General Counsel.
Minimum Requirements: University degree in business law.
Admission to the bar and/or equivalent additional qualifications is a plus.
2-5 years working experience in position as legal counsel and/or in a law firm.
Experience in data protection compliance is a plus.
Familiarity with Swiss, UK and French laws principles and keen to understand laws challenges in the markets we operate in.
Good understanding of business processes in an international and decentralized organization.
Excellent English and French as working languages, Spanish a plus.
