Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day legal support to the business and take ownership of legal matters
Lead and drive legal initiatives while assisting in the implementation of standardized processes and practices across the company
Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements and various legal documents, ensuring compliance with business goals and regulations
Experience & Qualifications:
Fluency in English
Swiss or EU law degree
Min. 3-5 years of professional experience in a legal environment, with a focus on commercial and corporate law
