The Alliance Manager's role is to manage and optimize strategic partnerships for company growth, overseeing key partnerships and ensuring effective collaboration.
* Develop and manage strategic partnerships
* Maximize synergies and mutual benefits
* Foster strong relationships and resolve issues
* Implement contractual agreements and ensure compliance
* Integrate new partners into the company's ecosystem
* Lead projects with partners to meet goals and timelines
* Monitor project progress and adjust alliance strategies

* Maintain a database of current and potential partners
* Manage contract renewals and negotiations
* Track partnership development metrics
* Monitor partnership performance and contribution to the company's strategy
* Track and evaluate partnership initiatives
* Prepare and deliver reports to senior management and stakeholders
* Foster positive relationships and address concerns with external partners
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science/related field or Business/Finance/Economics
* 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
* Fluent in English and French; proficiency in an additional language is an asset
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication skills
