Your Role: As a Manager HR Strategy & Consulting, you will support our clients through innovative strategy projects around digital, future-proof topics that challenge and transform the status quo. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conception of HR and HR IT strategies and target operating models in the context of Digital Transformations.
* Program and project management in national and international environments.
* Efficient linking between business and strategy.
* Translating the latest organizational and transformation trends into a Capgemini strategy and approach.
* Business development utilizing a combination of the organization's broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships, and your own network.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Academic excellence: outstanding bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Organization Studies, Change Management, or Sociology from a renowned university.
* Industry knowledge: strong knowledge of practical project experience in HR transformation (strategy, organization, and processes) in at least one of the following industries: Financial Services, Consumer Goods & Retail, Manufacturing, and Life Science.
* Consulting experience: strong consulting experience and project management and/or change management skills, as well as experience leading teams or project groups.
* Conceptual talent: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work.
* Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) are mandatory (C1 level).
* Digital affinity: very good MS Office skills.
