About Our Client Our client is a confidential organization based in Geneva. Job Description Architecture Design and Development: Lead the design, documentation, and evolution of HRIS architecture, focusing on Success Factors modules and integration with other systems. Data Management and Integration: Develop and maintain data mapping, flows, and integration between Success Factors and other business applications (e.g., Payroll, Finance, ERP). System Scalability and Optimization: Ensure the HRIS architecture is adaptable to organizational growth, delivering efficiency in data processing and system interactions. Project Coordination: Collaborate with IT and HR teams to manage and implement system changes, upgrades, and enhancements while adhering to project timelines. Security and Compliance: Maintain high standards for data security and privacy, ensuring the HRIS complies with regulations (e.g., GDPR) and best practices. Documentation and Training: Develop detailed technical documentation and provide training for end-users and stakeholders to ensure seamless system use and adoption. The Successful Applicant Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in HRIS or IT architecture, with at least 3 years dedicated to Success Factors implementation and customization. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Success Factors Employee Central and other key modules; experience with integration tools (e.g., API, ETL) and data modeling. Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects in complex, multi-application environments, with experience in Agile methodologies a plus. Certifications: Certifications in Success Factors (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, etc.) and TOGAF or a similar architecture framework is preferred.
