We are seeking a seasoned consultant to join our Advisory People and Organisation (P&O) team. This role presents an opportunity to help clients reimagine their HR strategies and drive exceptional business outcomes through people-centric initiatives.
The Technology Adoption team within P&O focuses on supporting clients in navigating transformative journeys enabled by technology, whether it be for a specific function or enterprise-wide.
Your Impact
1. You will lead cutting-edge client projects in Change Management, Communications, and Training, primarily serving HR clients.
2. You will advise on and deliver technology-driven transformation programmes that prepare, respond to, and manage the people side of change using state-of-the-art methods and tools.
3. You will design and implement change management activities that align leaders, support clients in understanding change, foster business buy-in, and provide the right skills at the right time.
4. You will guide clients in unlocking the full potential of their workforce to achieve sustainable transformations.
5. You will collaborate closely with Technology and HR business leads to understand the impact of change on clients' business streams, processes, and people. You will develop approaches to monitor change and assist in planning deployments to ensure careful consideration of change.
6. You will partner with colleagues in HR Transformation and Technology to work collaboratively on complex transformation programs.
7. You will conduct client presentations, workshops, and negotiate pricing and contracts with clients.
8. You will actively drive the acquisition of new projects and clients, contributing to various phases of the Sales lifecycle, including intense involvement in Client Relationship Management and business development for clients undergoing HR transformations.
9. You will maintain key client relationships with personnel and C-Suite executives, demonstrating an ability to understand organizational culture.

Your Skill Set
1. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or equivalent.
2. You possess a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business/HR transformation and change management consulting, including relevant project management experience.
3. You have in-depth knowledge of the HR Function, being experienced across all HR processes, employee experience, and proficient in relevant technologies (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HR, Microsoft Dynamics) and policies (e.g., Time and Absence, Compliance in HR), while understanding the business perspective with HR.
4. You can manage project topics independently and proactively lead business development initiatives, always seeking innovative and practical solutions.
5. You are a strong analytical thinker with bold ideas and a creative mind, applying agile working practices such as design thinking, data-driven practices, rapid prototyping, SAFe, Scrum, etc.
6. You have experience in implementing HRIT cloud solutions; certification in SAP SuccessFactors or Workday is advantageous.
7. You establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients, helping to extend the client network and grow your industry and functional expertise.
8. You are fluent in English and German, facilitating workshops and communication with impact (other languages, e.g., French, are welcome).
9. You are an experienced people leader, driving project and team objectives.
