Manager Operational Procurement 100% (f/m/d)
Your daily contribution:
* Act as a contact person for external suppliers and interface with project management, engineering, production, internal sales, quality and logistics
* Monitor supplier performance, address any issues or discrepancies (incl. NCR Communication), and maintain strong relationship with suppliers
* Negotiate contracts, terms and pricing with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods
* Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals
* Manage vendor relationships and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services
* Monitor and provide regular reporting on relevant KPIs to senior management including ESG and EOHS relevant figures and topics
* Participate and lead internal projects
* Lead a local team at BCAG of procurement specialists and ensure the achievement of departmental goals and efficient operation
Your Profile:
* BSc in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
* Proven experience in procurement and/or supply chain
* Knowledge of market research and procurement best practices
* Fluency in English and German
* Self-driven personality with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
