About the Role:
As a Market Manager for Hydraulic Components, you will be responsible for developing and aligning the product value proposition with the company's goals. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction by creating a clear product vision, deriving product strategies and roadmaps, and ensuring that relevant requirements and targets are met.
Your Responsibilities:
* Create a comprehensive market analysis and benchmarking report to identify trends and changes in the market.
* Develop business cases for new products and projects, including financial models like NPV and IRR.
* Act as the central interface for all stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication with customers at all levels.
* Presentation and sales documents for complex issues.
* Represent the product portfolio at internal and external events.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
* Several years of experience in product and/or market management, preferably in the hydraulics sector.
* In-depth knowledge of portfolio management and product strategy development.
* Strong financial modelling skills and ability to influence teams and stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German (French is an advantage).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
