Job Description
* Oversee onboarding and client account maintenance (KYC, tenders, contracts)
* Oversee daily commercial operations (deliveries, pricing, invoicing, payments, reconciliation)
* Ensure good communication with relationship managers, production, logistics, treasury, trading, and back-office
* Formalize and coordinate the implementation of procedures related to new client accounts
* In collaboration with the COO, design and monitor operational key performance indicators
* In collaboration with IT project managers, help build/upgrade IT tools related to client operations
* Effectively promote synergies and ensure good coordination and collaboration with other departments
* Make suggestions for improvement, bringing innovative ideas and thinking
* Carry out work in a gender and diversity-sensitive manner
* Accomplish other duties as assigned
The Successful Applicant
* Master's degree in Economics, finance, or other relevant fields
* Experience in a commodity trading house or financial institution
* 2-3 years of experience in a team and project management position
* Leadership skills and high drive
* Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation
* Agile and flexible mindset, reactive to requests
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to interact with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds
* Proficiency in spoken and written English required
