We value our employees and prioritize their development. As a Senior Human Insights Manager in the Analytics & Insights (A&I) organization, you will apply human insights and behavioral science to drive innovation and growth.
Your Role:
* Advocate for consumer empathy across the A&I organization through consumer immersions and data analytics.
* Analyze diverse data sources to deliver meaningful insights and achieve breakthrough results.
* Innovate new capabilities to glean consumer insights and scale them across the organization.
* Develop internal training programs to enable business teams to understand consumers' experiences and unmet needs.
Job Qualifications:
* Proven experience in consumer insights or a related field.
* Experience in various methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative research.
* Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred in fields like Human Factors, Anthropology, or Cognitive Psychology.
* Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
