As we continue to expand our footprint in the industry, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Growth to lead our sales team and drive our growth strategy.We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Growth to join our executive team at our office in Zug, Switzerland. This position requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in scaling up businesses, leading high-performing sales teams, and driving significant revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology sector, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to set and achieve ambitious KPIs.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Strategy: Take ownership of the sales team, providing leadership and direction to achieve company goals. Develop and implement growth strategies that align with Dotphoton’s mission and objectives.Sales Performance: Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets and KPIs. Ensure the team meets or exceeds revenue generation goals.Partnerships & Negotiations: Establish and maintain relationships with large partners and clients. Lead negotiations to secure profitable deals and long-term partnerships.Revenue Growth: Commit to and deliver on revenue growth objectives.
