Responsibilities
* Full custom circuit design on transistor level (both digital and analog).
* Design and optimization of key building blocks (bit-cell arrays, decoding, sensing, buffering, control).
* Analysis and optimization of critical paths on transistor level.
* Analog simulation and performance analysis including design optimization for high yield.
* Top-level verification and characterization.
* Close collaboration with layout engineers to meet requirements in advanced process nodes.
* Generation of back-end views for full-chip integration.
Qualifications
* BSc in Electrical Engineering; MSc and/or PhD are an advantage.
* Experience with full-custom digital (and/or analog) circuit design (Schematics, Layout, Verification).
* Experience in advanced process node circuit design (16nm and below) is an advantage.
* Expertise in memory (SRAM, DRAM, etc.) architecture and design considerations (bitcell layout/performance, high-sigma variation analysis, write and read margins) is an advantage.
* Experience with Cadence EDA (Virtuoso/Composer/Layout) is an advantage.
