ROLE: Technical Design Manager LOCATION: Neuchatel, Switzerland SALARY: Up to 165 K CHFDURATION: Permanent We are seeking a skilled leader with a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams to deliver low-power RF/mixed-signal So Cs for high-volume markets on time, within budget, and to specifications. Reporting to the VP of Development, you will: Lead company-wide methodology for So C development and integration across analog, RF, digital, software, Df T, verification, validation, and testing. Define and implement requirements management and traceability through the product development lifecycle. Manage teams in EDA & Dev Ops, digital physical design, custom layout, and IP platforms to meet company objectives. Own the company’s IP roadmap and coordinate resources across product lines. Lead and develop teams, driving performance and aggressive time-to-market goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage and mentor 30-35 team members, focusing on growth and empowerment. Lead expert groups to improve design methodologies and ensure quality reviews. Collaborate with business units on next-gen platforms and tech roadmaps. Engage with internal/external IP suppliers and lead cross-functional engineering meetings. Drive continuous improvements in performance, power, and form factor. Profile: Experienced people manager with a passion for building high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong communicator, able to inspire and align teams around a common vision. Highly organized, with attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities. Requirements:10+ years in So C and mixed-signal design, including 5+ years in people management roles. Deep knowledge of mixed-signal/RF So Cs and experience bringing products to volume production. Strong background in hardware/software project management, Agile methodologies, and Automotive SPICE (ASPICE). Familiarity with automotive tools (FMEA, APQP/PPAP, Zero Defect) a plus. Languages: English proficiency required; German or French fluency a plus.
