Job Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for customers while coordinating maintenance activities with various vendors.
* Input and review electronic records for quality assurance.
* Conduct service activities at customer sites, including installation, repair, and equipment qualification.
* Provide general customer support and manage tools such as the CMMS system, LIMS, Citrix, and more.
* Support the lab environment and coordinate with external vendors as well as building relationships with Lab Owners, IT Teams, and management.
* Assist with writing and reviewing internal procedures.
* Review GMP documents and manage maintenance systems.
* Analyze instrument failures and ensure activity alignment.
Minimum Requirements
* Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related physical science or Engineering degree, or demonstrable experience in a regulated industry.
* Experience with tasks in maintenance or maintenance support/coordination is a plus.
* Very good coordination and planning skills required.
* Strong project ownership ethic with a 'can-do' attitude.
* Excellent social and communication skills, paired with fluent English skills.
