Your responsibilitiesYou are responsible for RFI and RFQ process and track request for quotation as well as request for prototypesYou negotiate price of prototypes and series conditions and ensure the procurement of prototypes and first sample partsYou implement change management in the prototype phaseYou act as a support for Make or Buy in the project phase as well as for supplier auditsYou manage the supplier selection process, identify new suppliers and are responsible for part and sub-module sourcing management from RFQ to SOPYou participate actively in the weekly project meetingYou are in charge of the tracking of forward sourcing and you support the AQPQ processYou track deadlines for prototypes and initial sample ordersYou implement the strategy per material group with the Commodities Buyers and Supplier Quality ManagerYou are responsible for the maintenance of project follow-up tool, simulated prices and prices in the ERP and Price BookYou trigger and negotiate non-disclosure agreementsYour profileYou hold a Master degree in purchasing or an engineer Master degree with project management specializationYou have experience in an international multi-site companyYou ideally have an experience in Automotive and/or Avionics, or HydraulicsYou have strong negotiation skills. Thus, you can negotiate with suppliers and internal key partnersYou have project management skills such as summarizing multi-canal information and prioritizing projects on Part Number levelYou are proficient in Excel, knowledge in SAP/INFOR and VBA would be an advantageYou are proficient in English (TOEIC higher than 750), German, Mandarin or Hindi as 3rd language would be a plusYou are proactive, curious and are endowed with problem-solving and leadership skills.
