As Graphic Designer you will play a critical role in supporting the Creative Team in the development of campaigns’ visuals and graphics that inspire our audience while creating a consistent brand representation across physical and digital channels. You are passionate about design and strive to provide pixel perfect user experience. You have a strong visual eye, are process-friendly and enjoys working within tight timelines on multiple projects simultaneously.
What will you do:
1. Support the creative team in the ideation and production of graphic design assets for seasonal marketing campaigns.
2. Deliver visual assets (print and digital) to support The North Face owned channels (ecommerce, stores, social channels) and Wholesales accounts in their ongoing communications
3. Collaborate with Creative Director, Art Directors, Creative Managers, Project Managers and Copywriters.
4. Adapt campaign creative visual assets to best fulfil regional channel needs.
5. Support in the development of visuals for events and brand activations
6. Supports with ad hoc social media content requests.
7. Develop campaigns’ Creative Guidelines for channels to follow.
8. Collaborate with Art Directors and Copywriters in the development of special media executions, in particular Out Of Home and Print.
9. Assures the quality and visual consistency of all material shared by internal and external partners.
Skills for success:
10. University Degree, preferably in graphic /digital design, visual communication etc
11. Extensive experience of working with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign & Sketch
12. Previous experience in a design studio or creative agency
13. Strong visual eye and detail orientation
14. Natural interest in culture and art
15. Self starter with an ability to work within tight timelines on multiple projects simultaneously
16. A team player with good communication skills
17. A good understanding of the outdoor and lifestyle industries
18. Language skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
