About your future role

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
* Strategic Product Development: Design, implement, and continuously optimize innovative payment solutions with a strong focus on customer needs
* Requirements Management: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., IT, Marketing, Sales, Operations) to gather, specify, and efficiently implement product requirements
* Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze user data and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities and maximize product performance
* Compliance & Security: Ensure all payment processes meet legal, regulatory, and security standards

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
* Experience: Several years of experience in product management or a similar role, ideally with a focus on payment solutions and collaboration with development teams
* Expertise: In-depth understanding of payment systems, technologies, and processes (e.g., payment gateways, card solutions, wallets). Knowledge of industry-specific regulations (e.g., EMV, ep2) is desirable.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to accurately collect and analyze data to create sound, data-driven decision-making foundations.
* Communication Skills: Proven ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts and persuade various stakeholders.
* Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of APIs and software development processes.
* Willingness to Learn: Open to quickly diving into new topics, acquiring expertise, and taking on responsibility.
* Languages: Fluent in German or French and English.
