Apply a mix of Simultaneous Engineering and Agile principles to manage project deliverables through all development stages Identify, assess, and manage risks, while effectively communicating updates to stakeholders Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with interrelated teams to optimize project outcomes Act as a role model within our organisation and help create a motivating environment where team members can develop and utilise their full potential to deliver high quality products This is you 4+ years of experience leading complex development projects, with knowledge of hardware and software development (preferably in the field of mechanics, electrics, optics or related field) Experience in industrial sensor/device development and with Embedded Software (Operating System: Linux, WinCE) Bachelors or Masters degree in mechanical/electrical design, computer science, or a related field.
