The Job In Brief:
* Job Title: Business Development Manager
* Working Model: Hybrid from Switzerland
* Team: You will join the Ancillary team within the Platform department.
* Level: Professional
* Location: Chiasso (Hybrid Model)
* Contract: Permanent Full-time (36 hours/week)
* Travel Time Required: Average 5-10% (Commercial Events EMEA)
Your Impact:
* Market & Competitor Analysis: Identify new products, market gaps, and trends.
* Supplier Scouting: Research, evaluate, and track potential partners.
* Business Case Development: Assess opportunities and engage stakeholders.
* Revenue Growth: Propose and track new ancillary product opportunities.
* Contract Negotiation: Support discussions and work with Legal.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding.
* Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing partners, monitor performance, and optimize collaboration.
Qualifications
Your Expertise:
* Experience: Business development in travel, e-commerce, or related fields.
* Skills: Negotiation, analytics, stakeholder management.
* Technical: Proficiency in data tools (Excel, Powerpoints).
* Language: Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
Desirable:
* Experience: Previous experience in similar roles or industry.
* Technical skills: Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
