Acquire contacts and maintain good relations to the Civil Aviation Authorities and equivalent organizations worldwide
Renew the annual subscriptions for the AIP amendment services for the allotted country coverage
Track and obtain all aeronautical publications available for the 28 day AIRAC cycle in a timely manner
Full responsibility for all source procurement related work tasks in the allotted country coverage
Monitor, record, verify incoming aeronautical publications
Full liability for the on time distribution of available aeronautical publications to internal customers
Clarify inconsistencies in publication methods applying relevant ICAO rules
Process clarification requests concerning formatting errors or missing publications
Handle customers’ requests
Participate in internal projects

Several years of professional experience in business administration
Strong English skills (written and spoken); German or any other language skills are a plus
